The house stands on a rectangular piece of land of approximately 1000 m2. At the front is the entrance gate with driveway for 2 or 3 cars. There is also a front garden where you can enjoy the morning sun.
On the other side of the house is the back garden with the Château d’Eau at the end – or the water supply of Tourrettes-sur-Loup – to which the house owes its name.
There are also various fruit trees, including lemon, orange, apple, peach and cherry.
Directly by the house is a spacious terrace with a table that seats 10 people. Ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a drink in the evening sun.
You have a view of the Mediterranean Sea from both the garden at the front and the back.
